If you're still having difficulty accessing OneSearch via your CUNYfirst ID, you should contact the BCC help desk at 718-289-5970, or you can access the "Self-Service Account Manager (SSAM)" located at https://wa01.bcc.cuny.edu/eSIMSEmailInformation.jsp
Remote Access to OneSearch and the Databases uses your CUNY First credentials. In order to access our library databases and CUNY Libraries databases, please log in using your CUNY Login (CUNYFirst username & password).
