How Do I Reserve a Study Room? What Are the Study Room Policies and Procedures?

Meeting Rooms:  If you would like to use a study room,

Please make a reservation here.

How to Make a Reservation:

  1. Choose what type of reservation you want to make, i.e., quiet study 
  2. On the next page, choose the date that you want to reserve.
  3. Click on the time you want to reserve.
  4. Click on SUBMIT TIME at the bottom of the page.
  5. You will be redirected to the login page. Log in with your BCC email account and password. Example: Jane.Doe@stu.bcc.cuny.edu and your password.
  6. Check to see if your reservation is correct. Enter your EMP ID and Submit.
  7. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

 

Group Study Room Reservation Guidelines:

  • Reservations will be available to BCC students, faculty, and staff only.
  • Group Study Rooms are NOT for individual use.
  • Small Group Study Rooms seat 2-6 people.  There must be a minimum of TWO people to reserve a Small Group Study Room. 
  • Large Group Study Rooms seat 7-12 people.  There must be a minimum of SEVEN people to reserve a Large Group Study Room.
  • No children or friends can accompany you.  Each individual must have a confirmed reservation to enter.
  • Reservations are for quiet study (i.e., no teleconferencing and no online course participation)
  • It is recommended to make a reservation in advance.  Walk-ins are also welcome.
