How do I print posters at the Library?

Answer

Poster Printing is available at the Library's Faculty Lab for Faculty/Adjuncts.

Student posters will need to be submitted to their professor, for the faculty member to send to the Faculty Lab.

Submission process:

  1. Instruct your students to export their posters as PDFs and submit them to you (faculty).
  2. Combine the student posters into a single file or folder.
  3. Name each poster file with the student's name and poster size.
    • Example: Asa Don Dickinson (42x36).pdf
  4. Submit your class's posters to the Faculty Lab in one of the following ways:

Requirements:

  • Poster format: PDF only (no PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.)
  • Poster size: 24.0", 36.0", or 42.0" exactly (Faculty Lab staff will not resize posters)
  • Turnaround time: Minimum of 2 business days

Additional information:

  • Faculty Lab staff will not make any design edits, including resizing.
  • Please plan to submit your class's posters at least 2 business days before they are due in class.
  • Students will pick up their printed posters from the Faculty Lab.
