What is the difference between renting a textbook from the bookstore and borrowing a book from the Library?
Answer
If the Library has a copy of your textbook, you can borrow it for 2 hours within the library building (1L). There is no fee for borrowing a book from the Library (though you will be charged a late fee if you do not return your books back to the Circulation Desk when they are due back).
The CSI Bookstore makes some textbooks available for students to rent for one semester. For more information on textbook rentals, see the bookstore's website.
